In my approach to working with individuals and groups, I value creating a supportive, respectful, and welcoming environment. I’m dedicated to collaborating closely with you to develop personalized solutions.

I earned my PhD in psychology from the University of Bielefeld, which was followed by several years of experience as a neuropsychologist in neurological clinics. I also completed specialized training as a psychological psychotherapist in Bremen. I hold a license as a psychological psychotherapist for behavioral therapy, granted by the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of Lower Saxony. My professional journey has included work in acute psychiatric settings and psychiatric outpatient departments.

In 2015, I established my first psychotherapy practice in Northern Germany, and shortly thereafter, I opened a second practice.
